websites, applications, or services—including BPMS247, VeloraWeb, EduSysPro247,
and vCardHub—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do
not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Use of Services
Our platforms may only be used for lawful business,
professional, educational, or commercial purposes. You agree not to use our
services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
2. Accounts and Access
To access certain features, you may be required to register
an account or sign in using a third-party provider (e.g., Google). You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all
activity that occurs under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and technology on our
platforms are the property of Fleury Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may
not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content or software without prior
written consent.
4. Subscription & Billing (SaaS Products)
Access to premium features of our SaaS platforms (BPMS247,
VeloraWeb, EduSysPro, etc.) requires a subscription. Fees are billed on a
monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in
writing.
5. Construction & Consulting Services
Construction and consulting services are subject to
individual project contracts and proposals. All work will be performed in
accordance with agreed scopes, timelines, and terms outlined in client-specific
agreements.
6. Data Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your
data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined
therein.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our platforms may integrate with third-party services (e.g.,
Google Meet, Google Calendar). By using such features, you agree to comply with
their respective terms and conditions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our
platforms or services at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that
violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to our business or users.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fleury Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or
services. All services are provided "as is" and "as
available."
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our
services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
